  • ETA

    👋 We are a small operation, so please allow extra time for processing and shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way!

  • Delays

    We ship via USPS and UPS - once your items have shipped, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays within the USPS and UPS network.

  • Double Check

    Please double check and verify your address at checkout. If your package has not been returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or free replacement.

  • 30 Days

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Send Documentation of any Issues

    We accept returns based on defects or damage, and request photo documentation of any issues. If you were sent the wrong item email store@metrochicago.com.

  • Ship or In Store Returns

    Email store@metrochicago.com to start a return or for any other questions. If your return is accepted then we will provide instructions on how to send it back to us. Customer is responsible for shipping it back to us.
    In Store Returns are also accepted.

  • Refunds

    It may take 7-10 days for a refund to appear in your account

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items for charity.

  • Gift Cards

    Gift cards are for merch only - not concert tickets!

  • Cancellation Policy

    We cannot cancel once your order once it is placed.

  • Local Pick Up

    We will hold your orders for 72 hours in the Metro Store.

  • Location

    The Metro Store is located at 3730 N Clark Street in the Metro Box Office. In between the entrance of Metro and the entrance of smartbar!

    11-6 Monday - Saturday and during Metro Shows
